Krishana Phoschem reported a strong Q1 FY26, with revenue rising 40.8% year-on-year to ₹395.5 crore, driven by robust market demand. Profit after tax surged 86.6% YoY to ₹30.6 crore, while operating EBITDA hit a record ₹65.6 crore (up 56.6% YoY) with margins expanding to 16.6% from 14.9%. EPS nearly doubled to ₹4.95 from ₹2.65 a year earlier. For full-year FY25, revenue stood at ₹1,358 crore, EBITDA at ₹184 crore (13.5% margin), PAT at ₹86 crore, and ROCE at a healthy 21.2%. The company also announced a ₹142 crore expansion project at its Meghnagar plant to add 165,000 MTPA NPK/DAP and 99,000 MTPA sulphuric acid capacity, targeted for commissioning by March 2026. Two new products, Bharat Urea SSP and Annadata Super 6, were launched to strengthen the portfolio.
This is a positive update for shareholders, showing strong top-line growth, margin expansion, and record quarterly EBITDA. The ₹142 crore capacity expansion, funded through a mix of debt and internal accruals, signals confidence in future growth and could support earnings momentum from FY27 onwards.
