Krishanveer Forge has executed an agreement granting a perpetual Right of Way (easement) to Hydrolines (Bangalore) Private Limited over a portion of its land at Kharabwadi, Chakan, Pune, measuring 2,401.99 sq. meters from Plot Nos. 103, 104, and 105. This is an update to the company's earlier intimation dated February 10, 2026, where the Board had approved the disposal/grant of rights over this land. The right of way is granted on a gratuitous (free) basis with no monetary consideration, and allows Hydrolines to build and maintain a 12-meter-wide access road connecting to the Talegaon-Chakan road. Krishanveer Forge retains ownership of the land; the grantee cannot transfer or assign the access rights. The parties have no shareholding or related-party connection.
