Krishival Foods Limited has submitted its First Monitoring Agency Report by Brickwork Ratings for Q4 FY26, covering utilization of proceeds from a Rights Issue of Equity Shares. The company raised Rs. 99.99 crore through a rights issue (33,33,160 shares at Rs. 300 each) between December 2025 and January 2026. As of March 31, 2026, only Rs. 34.99 crore (35%) has been received from the issue. Of this, Rs. 5.76 crore was deployed toward capital expenditure for a cashew processing unit in Kolhapur, and Rs. 9.92 crore was used for working capital requirements. The remaining Rs. 19.30 crore sits in an ICICI Bank monitoring account. The revised report corrects a typographical error where Rs. 5.76 crore was wrongly mentioned as Rs. 5.80 crore. No deviations from the stated objects of the issue were reported.
The low subscription rate of 35% in the rights issue indicates weak investor response, leaving 65% of the planned capital still to be received through future calls. Shareholders should monitor whether the remaining funds are collected and how quickly the Kolhapur processing unit becomes operational, as delayed capital deployment could affect business growth timelines.
