KIMS has issued a corrigendum to its EGM notice (scheduled for July 9, 2026) for a proposed preferential issue of equity shares. NSE sought clarifications and the company also spotted typographical errors. Key updates: revised total debt to be repaid from issue proceeds is Rs 3,42,79,59,983, including Rs 2,27,91,60,879 owed by KIMS Hospital Bengaluru to ICICI Bank and Rs 69,87,99,104 owed by Arunodaya Hospitals to IndusInd Bank. Also clarifies that proposed allottees Dr Abhinay Bollineni, Mr Adwik Bollineni, and Bharas Ventures LLP will continue as promoter or promoter group post-issue.
Minor administrative corrections; EGM and preferential issue plan on track for July 9, 2026. No material change to the proposal.
