Kriti Industries' board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations came in at Rs. 22,405.56 lakhs, down about 12.9% from Rs. 25,716.21 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Standalone net profit fell sharply to Rs. 720.09 lakhs from Rs. 1,365.20 lakhs in Q1 FY25 — a drop of roughly 47%. Basic EPS stood at Rs. 1.40 versus Rs. 2.75 a year ago. Consolidated net profit was Rs. 725.84 lakhs with EPS of Rs. 1.41. The company operates only in the plastics segment and includes results of its subsidiary Kriti Auto and Engineering Plastics and associate FP Elite Energy. Statutory auditors Rakesh Kumar & Associates issued an unmodified limited review report. During the quarter, the company allotted 15,92,480 equity shares to Kriti Nutrients Limited on conversion of warrants, taking paid-up capital to 5,26,96,000 shares.
Profitability has weakened significantly year-on-year with both revenue and net profit contracting sharply, which may pressure the stock in the near term despite the sequential recovery from the FY25 year-end loss. The warrant-driven equity dilution is now complete, which removes a near-term overhang.
