Kriti Nutrients Ltd published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31 March 2026 in newspapers on 7 May 2026. Standalone quarterly revenue grew 27% to Rs 25,683 Lacs from Rs 20,199 Lacs in Q4 FY25. However, full year revenue of Rs 92,948 Lacs represents a 25% increase from Rs 74,210 Lacs in FY25. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee on 4 May 2026 and approved by the Board on 5 May 2026.
While Q4 showed strong recovery with 44% profit growth, the full year profit declined 9.4% indicating some headwinds. The company remains profitable with positive EPS, but the FY26 profit dip may concern long-term investors. The quarterly improvement suggests possible seasonal recovery.
