Kritika Wires Limited's Board of Directors met on April 16, 2026 and made two key appointments/resignations. Mrs. Komal Kanodia was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately. She will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel under the Companies Act, 2013.
