KRN Heat Exchanger reported strong Q3 FY'26 results with consolidated revenue up 33% YoY to ~INR155 crores, EBITDA nearly doubling to ~INR31 crores, and net profit up 65% to ~INR23 crores. For 9M FY'26, standalone revenue grew 58% YoY to ~INR485 crores with net profit up 49% to ~INR54 crores. Management is ramping up its new manufacturing facility (official inauguration on March 11, 2026), targeting 20% capacity utilization in FY'26 and ~50% in FY'27, having added 40+ new customers from this facility last quarter. The data center segment now contributes 15% of revenue (up from 7% YoY), with management targeting 50% of India's data center heat exchanger orders and having secured an L1 bid with a major new customer. The newly entered bus AC business (via Sphere Refrigeration acquisition) is targeting 15% market share of the INR1,000+ crores Indian bus AC market growing 20-25% YoY, with gross margins guided at above 20% supported by backward integration.
Strong financial performance, clear growth visibility from new facility ramp-up, rising data center share, and entry into bus AC with margin-accretive profile are positive signals for the stock. However, management's reluctance to share specific Q4/FY'27 revenue numbers, still-low capacity utilization (~6% in Q3), and ongoing working capital build-up for new product lines leave some execution risk that investors should monitor.
