KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited announced its audited financial results for Q4 and FY25 on May 12, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations grew 39.4% year-on-year to Rs. 42,984.93 lakhs in FY25, while net profit rose 34.2% to Rs. 5,287.54 lakhs, and EPS came in at Rs. 9.75 (up from Rs. 8.76 in FY24). Q4 FY25 was even stronger, with revenue surging 60.4% YoY to Rs. 13,150.24 lakhs and net profit of Rs. 1,486.70 lakhs. On the balance sheet, total assets more than doubled to Rs. 59,511.45 lakhs, and other equity jumped to Rs. 43,647.79 lakhs from Rs. 8,414.81 lakhs, reflecting the September 2024 IPO. The company confirmed full deployment of the Rs. 31,111.66 lakh IPO net proceeds — Rs. 23,575.66 lakhs invested in subsidiary KRN HVAC Products for a new Neemrana facility, and Rs. 7,536 lakhs for general corporate purposes — though Rs. 11,020 lakhs of the subsidiary investment is still pending utilisation. Statutory auditor Keyur Shah & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profit, combined with a much stronger balance sheet post-IPO, is a positive signal for shareholders. Investors may, however, want to track the pace of deployment of the remaining IPO funds in the subsidiary's new manufacturing project, as timely execution will be key to sustaining this growth trajectory.
