Kross Ltd reported FY26 revenue of Rs.673.2 crore, up 8.5% YoY from Rs.620.4 crore. EBITDA stood at Rs.87.9 crore (margin 13.1%, flat YoY) while PAT grew 15% to Rs.55.2 crore with margin expanding 46 bps to 8.2%. Q4 FY26 was strong with revenue of Rs.225.4 crore (up 21.9% YoY) and PAT of Rs.22.4 crore (up 30.9% YoY). Revenue mix was 57% from CV Components and 43% from Trailer Axles & Suspension Assembly. Management cited challenges from Middle East conflict impacting commodity prices but expressed confidence based on healthy OEM order books, particularly from Tata Motors and Ashok Leyland. Key capacity expansion projects include the recently commissioned Axle Beam Extrusion Plant (Rs.25 crore investment), Tipping Jacks facility targeting 500 units/month by Q3FY27, and Seamless Tube facility at Adityapur, Jharkhand (Rs.167 crore, 120,000 tons capacity). Exports contributed ~4% of revenue with a target of 8%.
The company demonstrated resilient growth with strong Q4 performance and margin expansion. Multiple capacity expansion initiatives (extrusion plant, seamless tubes, forging capacity) are expected to improve margins significantly above 50% utilization. However, EBITDA margin remained flat at 13.1% for FY26 despite PAT margin improvement, indicating cost pressures that investors should monitor.
