Kross Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its Statutory Auditors, S K Naredi & Co., have changed their name to S K Naredi & Co. LLP following the conversion of their partnership firm into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The same audit firm will continue to function as the Statutory Auditors of the company under the new name. The LLP registration number is ACP-2977. This is purely an administrative change in the legal structure of the audit firm, with no change in the audit team or scope of work.
