Krsnaa Diagnostics announced its Q1 FY26 (ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results alongside its 15th AGM notice. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose to ₹1,756.15 million (vs ₹1,631.63 million in Q1 FY25, up ~7.6%), while profit after tax grew to ₹195.62 million (vs ₹181.81 million, up ~7.6%). On a consolidated basis, revenue grew ~13.4% YoY to ₹1,929.78 million and PAT grew ~14.5% to ₹205.20 million. Basic EPS stood at ₹6.10 (standalone) and ₹6.35 (consolidated). The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2.75 per share for FY25, with the record date set as September 12, 2025. The 15th AGM is scheduled for September 25, 2025 via video conferencing. The auditor (MSKA & Associates) flagged an income tax demand of ₹513.86 million arising from search/assessment proceedings for AY 2017-18 and AY 2020-21 to AY 2023-24, of which ₹102.77 million has been paid under protest; management believes the demand is not tenable.
The results show steady single-digit to low-teens growth in revenue and profits with margin broadly stable. The auditor's emphasis on the ₹513.86 million tax dispute is a watch item, though the company views it as not material. Shareholders should note the AGM date (Sept 25) and record date (Sept 12) for dividend eligibility. The continuation of a director beyond age 75 is subject to shareholder approval.
