Krsnaa Diagnostics has informed the exchange that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This is pursuant to SEBI Insider Trading Regulations and the company's insider trading code. Directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, promoters and their immediate relatives are barred from trading during this period. The board meeting date to approve the Q1 results will be announced separately.
