The Board of Krypton Industries approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations was nearly flat at Rs 1,086.68 lakhs versus Rs 1,088.98 lakhs in Q1 FY25, while net profit rose about 13.5% to Rs 55.05 lakhs (from Rs 48.50 lakhs), and EPS stood at Rs 0.37. On a consolidated basis, revenue declined around 4.7% YoY to Rs 1,086.68 lakhs, but net profit jumped roughly 39% to Rs 55.05 lakhs from Rs 39.47 lakhs. Segment-wise, the Tyre/Rim/Wheels business saw revenue dip to Rs 690.64 lakhs, while Hospital Equipments revenue fell to Rs 1,065.49 lakhs; the Footwear segment continued to post losses. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report. The Board also approved a revision in the remuneration of Managing Director Jay Singh Bardia effective September 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval, and fixed September 23, 2025 for the 35th AGM.
Mixed signals for shareholders - top-line was weak with consolidated revenue declining, but bottom-line improved notably on a consolidated basis driven by lower expenses. The MD pay revision is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM, which investors should watch as a governance cue.
