Krystal Integrated Services filed its investor presentation for Q4 and FY25 results ahead of an analyst call held on May 5, 2025. Q4 FY25 revenue grew 41.4% year-on-year to ₹4,131 Mn, while EBITDA rose 42.3% to ₹268 Mn with margin expanding 4 basis points to 6.48%. However, Q4 PAT margin contracted 130 basis points to 4.09%, even as absolute PAT grew 7.4% to ₹169 Mn. For the full year FY25, revenue rose to ₹12,128 Mn with 139 new clients added versus 76 in FY24, and the CEO highlighted key contract wins including a ₹349 crore facility management order from Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corp and entry into waste water management via the TPPA Chennai contract. The company is sharpening focus on higher-margin verticals like technical facility management, catering, and waste management to drive future profitability.
Strong revenue growth and a healthy order pipeline signal business momentum, but the sharp YoY decline in Q4 PAT margin despite top-line strength may weigh on near-term sentiment. Strategic diversification into waste and technical facility management sets up a potentially higher-margin growth path from FY26 onwards.
