Krystal Integrated Services reported its Q1 FY26 (ended June 30, 2025) consolidated revenue from operations of ₹3,230.81 million, up about 25.6% YoY from ₹2,571.53 million. Consolidated net profit rose modestly to ₹164.36 million (vs ₹152.99 million in Q1 FY25), with basic EPS of ₹11.76. Standalone revenue came in at ₹2,847.18 million with net profit of ₹150.08 million. The Board has fixed September 2, 2025 as the record date for the proposed final dividend (subject to AGM approval), and the 24th AGM is scheduled for September 16, 2025 via video conferencing. The Board also approved the incorporation of four new wholly-owned subsidiaries covering Power, Ports & Harbour, Waste Management, and Water Resources, signalling expansion into new business verticals beyond its core manpower and facility services. Mr. Milind Jadhav (President – Group Business Development) resigned citing personal reasons, effective July 31, 2025, while Ms. Mrunalini Salian (GM – HR) was designated as Senior Management Personnel.
Strong top-line growth in Q1 FY26 is positive for shareholders, though margin pressure remains as employee costs grew faster than revenue. The diversification into power, ports, waste and water through wholly-owned subsidiaries could unlock long-term growth but is still in early stages. Investors should watch AGM outcome for final dividend approval and monitor execution of the new subsidiaries.
