Krystal Integrated Services' board, at its July 31, 2025 meeting, approved the incorporation of four wholly owned subsidiaries: Krystal Power Resources, Krystal Ports and Harbour, Krystal Waste Works, and Krystal Water Resources, each with an initial capital of Rs 1 lakh (10,000 equity shares at Rs 10 face value), with KISL holding 100%. Promoter-directors Neeta, Shubham and Saily Prasad Lad will be the first directors of these new entities. The board also approved Q1 FY26 (June 30, 2025) unaudited financial results, fixed September 2, 2025 as the record date for the proposed FY25 final dividend, and scheduled the 24th AGM for September 16, 2025. Additionally, Ms. Mrunalini Salian was designated as Senior Management Personnel, Mr. Milind Jadhav resigned as President – Group Business Development effective July 31, 2025, and the IPO Committee and Committee of Independent Directors were dissolved.
The move signals diversification into infrastructure-adjacent sectors (power, ports, waste and water) beyond KISL's core facility management business, but these are early-stage greenfield entities with negligible initial capital, so any meaningful contribution to revenue or earnings will take time. Shareholders should view this as a strategic expansion announcement rather than an immediate value driver.
