KSE Limited submitted its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, approved by the Board on 14 February 2026. Revenue from operations for 9M FY26 was Rs 1,27,132 lakhs versus Rs 1,25,772 lakhs in 9M FY25, broadly flat year-on-year. Profit after tax for 9M FY26 surged to Rs 8,777 lakhs from Rs 5,652 lakhs in 9M FY25, a growth of about 55%. Q3 FY26 standalone PAT stood at Rs 1,635 lakhs with EPS of Rs 5.10 (post-share split). The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity share (face value Rs 1 each). Statutory auditor Sridhar & Co issued an unmodified limited review report. An exceptional income of Rs 250.75 lakhs was recorded, and an ad hoc provision of Rs 5 crore was made towards estimated liability under the New Labour Codes.
The strong jump in nine-month profitability despite flat topline growth signals improved margins and cost discipline, which is positive for shareholders, reinforced by a healthy interim dividend. The Labour Codes provision is a one-time estimate and may move once detailed rules and actuarial assessment are completed, but the clean audit opinion keeps the near-term outlook supportive.
