KSH International reported strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue of ₹10,183 million (+100.5% YoY) and PAT of ₹345 million (+86.5% YoY). Full-year FY26 revenue grew 61% to ₹31,070 million with PAT at ₹1,101 million (+62% YoY). The company demonstrated exceptional 3-year CAGR growth: revenue at 43.6%, EBITDA at 56.3%, and PAT at 60.6%. EBITDA per ton improved to ₹67,625 in FY26. Balance sheet strengthened significantly with Debt/Equity ratio reducing from 1.21 to 0.39. Capacity expansion is on track—currently at 43,445 MTPA, targeting 59,045 MT by March 2027. The company is India's largest exporter of magnet winding wires to 24 countries with 120+ OEM customers including Hitachi Energy, Siemens Energy, and GE Vernova.
The strong financial performance, improving leverage ratio, and capacity expansion plans indicate solid operational execution. The company's position as the only Indian supplier approved for HVDC transformers and exposure to energy transition themes (AI data centers, renewables) provides long-term growth visibility. Margin pressures from copper price volatility remain a denominator effect, not profitability erosion, due to pass-through mechanism.
