Ksolves India reported its highest ever annual revenue of ₹162.7 crore in FY26, up 18.4% YoY, with Q4FY26 quarterly revenue of ₹43.03 crore growing 29.1% YoY. However, profitability margins contracted significantly - EBITDA margin fell 512 bps to 29.7% for FY26 (from 34.8% in FY25), and PAT margin dropped 387 bps to 21.1%. PAT for full year was flat at ₹34.3 crore despite revenue growth. The company has adopted an AI-First operating model with 600+ AI-certified employees, 50+ agents in production, and shifted from time-and-material to output-based engagements. It maintains strong ROCE of 152% and ROE of 137%, with 82%+ revenue from repeat customers.
Strong revenue growth but margin contraction is a concern. The flat PAT despite 18.4% revenue growth suggests rising costs or investment in AI capabilities is squeezing profitability. The company is positioned as an AI-first services firm but faces margin pressure that investors should monitor.
