Ksolves India filed the transcript of its Q4 FY25 earnings call held on May 3, 2025. FY25 consolidated revenue grew 27% YoY to ₹137 crores, but PAT grew only 0.5% to ₹34.32 crores due to higher operating expenses. Q4 revenue rose 9.5% YoY to ₹33.34 cr but dipped 11.6% sequentially, hit by US holiday delays, longer approval cycles on larger deals, and a strategic shift from T&M to project-based delivery. EBITDA margin stood at 25.6% in Q4, well below historical levels above 35%. Management highlighted new product DFM (Data Flow Manager) which secured its first customer at $40,000, a record $600,000 deal, new senior hires, and a strong pipeline. FY26 revenue guidance was cut to 20% (from earlier 30% aspiration) with EBITDA margins expected to stay around 25%. Highest-ever dividend of ₹15.50/share (split-adjusted) was paid, and a 1:2 stock split was executed.
The downward revision in both revenue (to 20%) and margin (~25%) guidance may pressure the stock in the near term as growth and profitability momentum slows. However, the shift to project-based delivery, larger deal wins, and the DFM product's early traction could support re-rating if execution improves over the next few quarters.
