Ksolves India reported Q4 FY25 revenue of ₹33.34 crore, up 9.5% YoY, while full-year FY25 revenue grew 26.5% YoY to ₹137.43 crore. Full-year PAT came in at ₹34.32 crore with a healthy 25% margin, though Q4 PAT fell 37.6% YoY to ₹5.86 crore and Q4 EBITDA dropped 34% YoY. The company guided for double-digit sequential revenue growth in Q1 FY26 and ~20% YoY revenue growth for FY26, which is below FY25's 26.5% growth. Ksolves also announced a total FY25 dividend of Rs. 15.50 per share, shareholders approved a 1:2 share split, and the company reported a net cash position of ₹10.43 crore. Business-wise, it won its highest-ever single order of ~$600,000 from a New York-based research firm and secured its first client for its new Data Flow Manager (DFM) product.
The FY26 growth guidance of ~20% is notably softer than FY25's 26.5%, which may weigh on sentiment despite strong full-year margins. New product wins (DFM), a sizable US export order, and a debt-free balance sheet are positive offsets for shareholders.
