Ksolves India's Board met on July 20, 2025 and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose to Rs. 37.66 crore, up about 19.7% from Rs. 31.46 crore in Q1 FY25, but net profit fell to Rs. 6.62 crore from Rs. 8.96 crore, a drop of roughly 26% YoY. The decline in profit was mainly due to higher employee costs (Rs. 19.18 crore vs Rs. 13.76 crore) and other expenses (Rs. 8.35 crore vs Rs. 5.69 crore). EPS stood at Rs. 2.79 (standalone) and Rs. 2.71 (consolidated), down from Rs. 3.78 a year ago. The Board also declared a 1st interim dividend of Rs. 1 per share for FY 25-26, with the record date set for July 25, 2025.
Mixed signal for shareholders: topline growth is healthy but margins are under pressure from rising employee and operating costs, leading to a sharp fall in net profit despite higher revenue. The Rs. 1 per share interim dividend provides some cash return, and the trading window is closed until July 30, 2025, which is standard after results and dividend declaration.
