Ksolves India submitted a revised version of its Q1 FY26 results after fixing a typographical error in the previous year's year-to-date figures. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 3,766.38 lakhs from Rs. 3,146.33 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 19.7%. However, standalone profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 662.25 lakhs from Rs. 896.20 lakhs, a decline of around 26%, and EPS dropped to Rs. 2.79 from Rs. 3.78. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 3,766.50 lakhs with PAT of Rs. 642.53 lakhs, also down roughly 28% year-on-year. The Board declared a 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 1 per share with record date July 25, 2025. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified review opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Positive revenue momentum is offset by a steep fall in profitability, suggesting margin pressure from rising employee and other expenses. The Rs. 1 per share interim dividend provides some cash return to shareholders, but the PAT decline is the key concern and may weigh on near-term sentiment.
