Kuber Udyog Limited has published its unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025) in Active Times (English) and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi) newspapers, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. Revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 was Rs 14.81 lakhs versus Rs 10.58 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a roughly 40% YoY rise. For H1 FY26, revenue from operations jumped to Rs 40.07 lakhs from Rs 21.10 lakhs in H1 FY25, nearly doubling year-on-year. Profit for H1 FY26 stood at Rs 13.61 lakhs, more than double the Rs 6.34 lakhs reported in H1 FY25, with basic/diluted EPS of Rs 0.40 versus Rs 0.18. The board approved the results on November 10, 2025, and the auditor's review report contains no qualifications. The company also flagged a pending SEBI penalty of Rs 18.49 lakhs (order dated February 1, 2024), of which Rs 9.25 lakhs has been deposited; the matter is before SAT with the next hearing on November 18, 2025.
Strong YoY growth in both revenue and profit, with H1 PAT more than doubling, is a positive sign for shareholders. However, absolute numbers remain very small (revenue and profit in single-digit lakhs), and the unresolved SEBI penalty case keeps a regulatory cloud over the stock.
