Kuberan Global Edu Solutions Ltd has completed the transfer of promoter and promoter group shares to Hathor Corporate Advisors LLP (the Acquirer) and Plutus Capital Management LLP (Person Acting in Concert) under an Open Offer linked to a Share Purchase Agreement dated 30 October 2024. Promoter Chandramouleeswaran Krishnan transferred 9,65,221 shares (45.82%) on 11 June 2025, and three promoter group entities transferred a combined 2,134 shares (0.10%) on 10 June 2025. As a result, the existing promoter/promoter group now holds 0% of the company and will be reclassified as Public. The Acquirer + PAC together now hold 11,03,355 shares, equal to 52.38% of the company, crossing the majority threshold. Remaining promoter group share transfers are still in process.
