Kusumgar Limited's IPO opens on 8 July and closes on 10 July, with a price band of about ₹398-419 per share and a lot size of 35 equity shares. The issue is entirely an offer-for-sale by promoters Siddharth Yogesh Kusumgar, Sapna Siddharth Kusumgar, and Siddharth Yogesh Kusumgar HUF, with no fresh issue component. For FY26, the company reported an 11.2% decline in revenue to ₹692 crore and a 12.3% drop in net profit to ₹98.2 crore.
