Kusumgar's Rs 650-crore IPO will open on July 8 and close on July 10, with a likely market debut on July 15. The issue is entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS), meaning no fresh shares will be issued and existing promoters will offload their holdings. The company, which manufactures engineered fabrics for aerospace, defence, industrial and outdoor segments, reported a 10% decline in FY26 revenue to Rs 712 crore and a 12% fall in PAT to Rs 98 crore.
