Kuwer Industries reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 1,355.16 lakh, down about 10% YoY from Rs 1,504.44 lakh and roughly 13% lower than the previous quarter (Rs 1,558.15 lakh). Net profit for the quarter plunged to just Rs 8.85 lakh versus Rs 52.37 lakh in Q3 last year and Rs 168.69 lakh in Q2 FY26. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue was Rs 4,320.45 lakh (vs Rs 4,426.91 lakh YoY) and net profit slipped to Rs 16.17 lakh from Rs 53.16 lakh a year ago, a drop of nearly 70%. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 0.10 (vs Rs 0.58 YoY). The statutory auditor PVSP & Co issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications, and the company also appointed M/s A B N K & Co as its new internal auditor for FY25-26.
Weak quarter with both revenue and profits shrinking sharply from the prior quarter and year-ago period, signalling cost pressure and margin compression that may weigh negatively on the stock and shareholder sentiment.
