Kuwer Industries has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 30th September 2025 at 10:00 AM at 339, Kishan Garh, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, 24th September 2025 to Tuesday, 30th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for AGM purposes. The cut-off/record date for e-voting eligibility is Tuesday, 23rd September 2025. Remote e-voting facility, provided by CDSL, will be available from Saturday, 27th September 2025 (9:00 AM IST) to Monday, 29th September 2025 (5:00 PM IST). Shareholders holding shares in physical or dematerialised form as on the record date may cast their vote electronically.
