Kwality Pharmaceuticals has announced the results of its Postal Ballot conducted via remote e-voting between February 27 and March 28, 2026. Two special resolutions were put to vote: (1) appointment of Mr. PreetMohinder Singh Bedi (DIN: 11452004) as an Independent Director for 5 years, and (2) appointment of Mr. Bhavesh Mahajan (DIN: 09614108) as an Independent Director for 5 years.
