Kwality Walls (India) Ltd is seeking shareholder approval via postal ballot for appointing two Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors: Mr. Abhijit Bhattacharya (64, Indian) and Mr. Tahir Toloy Tanridagli (49, Turkish). Both are Ordinary Resolutions not requiring special majority.
Shareholders should approve both appointments as both candidates bring strong executive experience from the parent company Magnum Ice Cream. The appointments formalise parent company representation on Kwality Walls board and are unlikely to face opposition.
