L&T Technology Services’ healthy start to FY27 lifts investor spirits

L&T Technology Services surged nearly 9% after posting a healthy start to FY27 with Q1 results showing benefits of portfolio restructuring and steady execution. Sequential constant currency revenue grew 1.5%, led by the sustainability vertical which clocked 4.3% sequential growth, with management guiding for double-digit year-on-year growth in that segment for FY27. The mobility segment also rose 2.3% sequentially with broad-based strength across aero, rail, and trucks, while customers have held firm on IT spending despite oil price volatility and geopolitical tensions.
