L&T Finance Limited reported audited consolidated results for FY25 with total income of Rs. 15,940.98 crore and profit after tax of Rs. 2,643.42 crore, up from Rs. 2,317.13 crore in FY24 — a growth of about 14%. Q4 FY25 PAT stood at Rs. 635.84 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.75 per share (up from Rs. 2.50 last year), subject to shareholder approval. Total assets grew to Rs. 1,20,409 crore with a debt-equity ratio of 3.61 and net profit margin of 16.58%. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Dhananjaya Tambe as an Independent Director for a five-year term effective July 1, 2025, and appointed M/s. Alwyn Jay and Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for FY2025-26 to FY2029-30. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial results.
Positive for shareholders — strong PAT growth, higher dividend, and a clean audit report reinforce confidence. The new director and secretarial auditor are routine governance strengthening moves, with no material negative signals.
