L&T Technology Services reported its audited FY25 consolidated results: revenue from operations rose about 10.6% to Rs. 10,670 crore, but net profit slipped marginally to Rs. 1,263.5 crore from Rs. 1,306.3 crore a year ago. Q4 FY25 revenue jumped about 17.5% year-on-year to Rs. 2,982 crore, though Q4 net profit dipped to Rs. 310.2 crore from Rs. 341.4 crore. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 38 per share (face value Rs. 2) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Two directors were re-appointed: Mr. Chandrasekaran Ramakrishnan as Independent Director for a second 5-year term from October 2025, and Mr. Abhishek Sinha as Executive Director & President – Medical, Smart World & Functions for 3 years. The board also appointed M/s. Alwyn Jay & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for 5 years (FY26–FY30). Statutory auditors M S K A & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financials.
For shareholders, the main positives are strong top-line growth and a healthy final dividend of Rs. 38 per share. However, a slight dip in full-year net profit and EPS may temper enthusiasm in the near term. The Intelliswift acquisition (completed January 2025) is reflected in higher goodwill and contributed to revenue, though it makes year-on-year comparisons less meaningful.
