LTTS crossed the ₹10,000 crore revenue milestone in FY25, posting full-year revenue of ₹10,670 crore (up 10.6% YoY) and a quarterly USD revenue growth of 10.7% QoQ in Q4. The company recorded its highest-ever large deal TCV bookings in Q4, closing 32 deals above $10 million in FY25, with several including an $80 million+ Industrial Digital Engineering deal and a €50 million SDV deal with a European OEM. EBIT margin was 13.2% in Q4 (14.9% for FY25), impacted by ~150 bps from Intelliswift integration, macro headwinds, and strategic client investments. Net income stood at ₹1,267 crore with free cash flow at a record ₹1,379 crore (109% of net income). The board recommended a final dividend of ₹38/share, taking FY25 total dividend to ₹55/share (46% payout).
Management guided for double-digit revenue growth in FY26 (greater than 10%) in USD constant currency and reaffirmed the medium-term $2 billion revenue target. They also reiterated aspirations for mid-16% EBIT margins between Q4FY27 and Q1FY28, supported by large deal momentum and operational efficiency plans, though near-term margins face some pressure from client investment costs and macro uncertainty.
