La Tim Metal & Industries has issued a corrigendum (correction notice) to its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) notice originally sent on 24 October 2025. The corrigendum adds two things to the explanatory statement: (1) it discloses the Ultimate Beneficial Owner of Smart Horizon Opportunity Fund as Heena Parth Shah, and (2) it provides the post-issue shareholding percentage of all 87 proposed allottees, as required under SEBI ICDR Regulation 163(fa). The underlying business of the EGM remains a preferential issue of shares and warrants, with 7 members of the promoter Timbadia family slated to receive large allotments (e.g. Radhika Rahul Timbadia getting 1.2 crore shares for a 9.95% post-issue stake, Parth Rahul Timbadia 50 lakh shares for 9.38%). The remaining 80 allottees are non-promoters receiving smaller lots ranging from 10,000 to 15 lakh shares each. All other contents of the original EGM notice stay the same, and the corrigendum has been uploaded to the company's and BSE's websites.
This is a procedural regulatory-compliance update and does not alter the substance of the preferential issue on the table. For shareholders, it simply means more transparency on who is ultimately receiving shares and what their post-issue ownership will look like, with no change to the deal being voted on at the EGM.
