Company filed copies of newspaper advertisements (Business Standard English and Navshakti Marathi) publishing unaudited Q1 FY26-27 results for quarter ended June 30, 2026. Standalone net loss narrowed to Rs 7.07 lakhs versus Rs 9.45 lakhs loss in the year-ago quarter. Total income from operations rose to Rs 4.55 lakhs from Rs 4.00 lakhs. Standalone EPS was negative Rs 0.039 versus negative Rs 0.052 earlier. Consolidated net loss also narrowed to Rs 6.46 lakhs from Rs 9.32 lakhs year-on-year.
