Laffans Petrochemicals has informed BSE that it does not meet the criteria under clause 2.2 of SEBI's November 26, 2018 circular to be classified as a 'Large Corporate.' The company's outstanding borrowing stood at just Rs 0.48 crore as on March 31, 2026, well below the Large Corporate threshold. Therefore, the mandatory Initial Disclosure requirement under the framework is not applicable to the company. Annexure A confirming this has been submitted, signed by MD Sandeep Seth and CFO Mahalinga Booba Kotian.
