Lahoti Overseas reported a weak Q1 FY26 with standalone revenue from operations of Rs 8,450 lakhs, down about 29% from Rs 11,970 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Net profit fell sharply to Rs 161 lakhs from Rs 464 lakhs, a drop of roughly 65%, pulling down EPS to Rs 0.55 from Rs 1.56. The Export/Trading segment swung to a loss of Rs 87 lakhs at the segment level, while the Power Division stayed profitable. Consolidated results were broadly in line, with net profit of Rs 163 lakhs.
