45th Annual Report FY2025-26 and AGM notice filed with BSE

Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems filed its 45th Annual Report for FY 2025-2026 with BSE. The 45th AGM is set for 31 July 2026 in Coimbatore. Agenda items include adoption of financials, declaration of dividend, re-appointment of director D. Senthilkumar, appointment of M/s NRD Associates as new statutory auditor for 5 years (replacing M/s Subbachar and Srinivasan), ratification of cost auditor fee of Rs 40,000, approval of related party transactions with LMW Limited up to Rs 450 crore and with Lakshmi Precision Technologies up to Rs 100 crore, and an amendment to the Articles of Association.
