Lambodhara Textiles reported audited FY2026 results with revenue from operations at Rs 24,320 Lakhs, up 3.5% from Rs 23,504 Lakhs in FY2025. Profit after tax jumped 61% to Rs 1,100.48 Lakhs from Rs 682.49 Lakhs, while EPS improved to Rs 10.60 from Rs 6.58. The board recommended a dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (10% on face value of Rs 5) for FY2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The company also reappointed its cost auditor (M/s C.S. Hanumantha Rao & Co.) and internal auditor (Mrs K.V. Anandhi) for FY2026-27. Three whole-time directors including Mrs Bosco Giulia, Mr Balu Narayanasamy, and Mr Nishanth Balu were reappointed for three-year terms. The company is changing its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent from MUFG Intime India to Cameo Corporate Services.
Strong bottom-line growth with 61% PAT increase is positive for shareholders. The modest 10% dividend yield may offer limited near-term upside. The unchanged unmodified audit opinion confirms financial statement reliability. RTA change is administrative and unlikely to impact stock performance.
