Lancer Container Lines has disclosed that a fraud was uncovered at Argo Anchor Shipping Service LLC, a Dubai-based step-down subsidiary (through Lancia Shipping LLC, which is 100% owned by Lancer). Mr. Anirudh Mohan, the former CEO of Argo Anchor, along with 2-3 key officials, was found to have committed irregularities in business accounts and siphoning of funds during his tenure.
