Lancer Container Lines has issued a corrigendum to the notice of its 1st Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for FY 2025-26, originally dispatched on November 21, 2025. The EGM is scheduled for December 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM via video conferencing. The correction relates to Item No. 3 of the EGM Notice concerning a proposed preferential issue of equity shares by way of a share swap. Upon further verification, the company found that one proposed allottee, Mr. Muhammed Noufal Balliyod Master Abdullakunhi, holds 20 equity shares as on the relevant date (previously disclosed as Nil). The revised pre-issue shareholding table for all five proposed allottees has been provided, with most allottees to receive 2,46,88,658 shares each (6.99% post-issue) and one allottee to receive 41,14,776 shares (1.16%). All other terms of the preferential issue remain unchanged.
This is a technical correction to disclosure and does not change the substance or size of the preferential issue. Shareholders should read the corrigendum along with the original EGM notice before voting on December 13. No material change to the proposed preferential allotment terms.
