Two promoters of Lancer Container Lines — Mr. Abdul Khalik Abdul Kadar Chataiwala and Mrs. Tarannum Chataiwala — have changed their names to Suleyman Emre and Tarannum Emre, respectively. Both promoters have also given up their Indian citizenship and are now citizens of Türkiye. The company has explicitly clarified that there is no change in their shareholding, control, or promoter/promoter group status as a result of this update.
