Lancor Holdings has submitted copies of the newspaper advertisement (published on 1 June 2025 in Trinity Mirror and Makkal Kural) of its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue rose to Rs. 184.53 crore (from Rs. 137.60 crore in FY24) and net profit increased to Rs. 9.20 crore (from Rs. 6.76 crore), with EPS of Rs. 1.27. However, the Q4 standalone net profit dropped sharply to Rs. 94.36 lakh (from Rs. 3.01 crore in Q4 FY24). On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue grew to Rs. 190.30 crore but net profit declined to Rs. 4.67 crore (from Rs. 6.75 crore), and Q4 consolidated net profit fell to just Rs. 2.87 lakh versus Rs. 3.00 crore a year ago.
The filing itself is a regulatory disclosure of already-audited results, so no new market-moving information is introduced. However, the weak Q4 performance, especially the steep fall in consolidated profits, may raise concerns about the company's near-term earnings momentum despite the strong full-year growth.
