Lancor Holdings' Board approved Q1 FY26 (ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results for both standalone and consolidated basis. Standalone revenue from operations rose about 12% year-on-year to Rs. 3,943 lakhs, but profit after tax crashed from Rs. 290 lakhs to just Rs. 38 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs. 4,119 lakhs while profit after tax fell from Rs. 290 lakhs to around Rs. 12 lakhs. The auditor (G.M. Kapadia & Co.) gave an unmodified limited review but included an 'Emphasis of Matter' on pending Supreme Court litigation over a commercial investment property with a carrying value of Rs. 2,816 lakhs. The Board fixed September 16, 2025 as the record date for the FY25 final dividend, called the 40th AGM on September 23, 2025 via video conferencing, and appointed M/s. A. Mohan Kumar & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY26–FY30).
Despite healthy revenue growth, profit after tax collapsed roughly 87% on a standalone basis and 96% on a consolidated basis, signalling sharp margin compression that is likely to weigh on the stock in the short term. Investors should keep an eye on the Rs. 2,816 lakh property litigation highlighted by the auditor, as an adverse outcome could materially impact the company's asset base and net worth.
