Landmark Global Learning Limited reported H1 FY26 (April–September 2025) total revenue of Rs 1,823.31 lakhs, down about 5% from Rs 1,924.81 lakhs in H1 FY25. Profit after tax fell sharply to Rs 205.75 lakhs from Rs 534.06 lakhs, a decline of roughly 61% year-on-year, as expenses held up while revenue softened. EBITDA margin compressed to around 18–19% from about 41% a year ago. The company raised Rs 4,032 lakhs through an IPO in January 2025 and has been deploying those funds across investments, fixed assets, and advances. Operating cash flow was strongly positive at Rs 1,324.78 lakhs and the statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report with no exceptional items flagged.
The steep drop in profitability despite only a modest revenue decline points to significant margin pressure, which is likely to be read negatively by investors. On the positive side, strong operating cash generation and a clean audit review provide some comfort, but near-term earnings momentum looks weak.
