L&T reported record order inflow of ₹4,356 bn (+22% YoY) with order book at ₹7,403 bn (+28% YoY). Revenue grew 12% to ₹2,859 bn while Recurring PAT increased 18% to ₹172 bn. ROE improved 30bps to 16.6% (excl labour code impact). Net Working Capital to Revenue dropped to 4.1% (multi-year low), showing 690bps improvement. Management highlighted healthy addressable prospects pipeline of ~₹17.8 trillion for FY27. SPA signed for divestment of Nabha Power and Hyderabad Metro (expected closure Q1 FY27). Total Group EBITDA margin slightly declined to 10.2% from 10.4% due to cost overruns in legacy Energy projects.
L&T delivered sustained growth with strong order book visibility and improving capital efficiency. The margin pressure in Energy segment and broader EBITDA softness are concerns, but the robust order pipeline and Lakshya 2031 targets provide multi-year growth visibility.
