L&T has published newspaper ads regarding an NCLT-ordered meeting of its equity shareholders on August 4, 2026 at 3 PM via video conferencing. The meeting is to consider a Scheme of Arrangement between L&T (transferor) and L&T Realty Properties Limited (transferee) under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act.
